For context, I’m a black woman with kinky textured hair. Yesterday, I requested a fade with a side part, and after the initial cut I asked for a slightly lower fade and a more prominent part detail. Aaron gave me exactly what I asked for. I’ve been going to Aaron for some years now, and he always does a great job cutting my hair. He’s patient and attentive, and will check in frequently during our haircut session to make sure everything is going smoothly. I trust him not only to do styles I request, but to use his own creative freedom at times, as I trust his judgement. Aaron is a professional, caring, and highly skilled barber that I’d highly recommend! I enjoy being at Detroit Barber Company too. From the atmosphere/ambiance, to the amazing staff.
